Pre-Press

The first step to trouble free printing starts with Pre-Press. However complicated the design, the dedicated design team works to ensure that product specifications are matched successfully to output. Comprehensive Pre Press Checklists with PRINERGY Workflows that reduce touch points fast tracks the job to the next level with zero errors. With the upgradation of our advanced KodaK Trendsetter CTP machine, it is possible to send files and collaborate online and ensure that the job is fully trackable with remote proofing and approval.

Press

The fully automated printing section is capable of handling large scale operations with versatile machines capable of handling multiple – substrate printing and special UV print. All our machines are equipped with Spectrodensitometers to ensure consistency in printing. The Heidelberg CD-102 6 color UV printing machine with coater can print on a wide range of substrates from 60gsm paper to 600gsm Kraft board, Laminated Metallized boards, PVC sheets (upto 800 microns), PE coated boards with online water based coatings and UV coatings.

Post-Press

The ‘Wow!’ factor for the printed product is added at the Finishing Phase. Our machinery and skilled labour provide exceptional Cutting, Folding, Binding and Lamination services. In addition, we offer a wide repertoire of decorative processes such as Die-Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Foiling, Affixing ribbons/handles. The BOBST Automatic Sheetfed die cutting machine produce high quality die cuts at high speed and precision, ensuring better productivity in packaging.
